Managing complaints We recognise that infertility treatment can be extremely stressful for patients and do everything possible to ensure our services are delivered in the most sensitive and considerate way. However, if you experience a problem, we ask that you inform us immediately so we can do everything we can to put it right. Whatever the issue, we will respond to your concerns promptly, considerately and courteously. In dealing with complaints we follow the SEFC Complaint Managment Procedure which is approved and audited by both our Regulators. We are constantly seeking to improve our patient care and facilities and would like to ask for your help. If you have any comments or suggestions which will enable us to learn from your experiences we would be very grateful.
