From 1st September we have also introduced a Costed Treatment Plan which will be provided following your appointment with our doctor. This individualised plan of expected costs has been designed to improve the financial information you need when deciding how to proceed with treatment.

Payment
Payments will be taken from the card details supplied on the Credit/Debit Card Authorisation Form as charges occur for Pharmacy Items, Consultations, Semen Analysis, etc. with payment for your treatment being taken the day before your baseline scan. Should any refunds be due the amount will be credited to the same card details.
If you wish to pay by cheque, cash or bank transfer please advise the Finance Department at your first visit, treatment cannot begin until cheques have cleared.
