Customer Liaison Officer
We would like to encourage our patients to speak to us directly. Sometimes customers would like to compliment a member of staff or say thank you for the service they have received. Other times patients may experience difficulties or would like to talk confidentially to a member of our team. SEFC is open from 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.
When necessary, clinical services may be scheduled outside these hours.

For urgent clinical treatment-related problems, patients can contact our Emegency 24-hour Pager by dialling 07666 868088. Please note: you will be charged for this call by the carrier and it is for medical emergencies only.
